Next you'll see the chapters on the right. Read each chapter before taking the next one. After the last chapter there will be a "Take Test" link that will start your test. After passing the test you will then be invited to view (and print) your certificate by following the link provided at the top and bottom of the test. Before printing you should confirm that the correct name is on the certificate.
You do not have to take the course all at one time.
If you need a break, you can leave and come back later to finish; the website will keep track of your progress.

You must have taken the course and passed the test in order to print the certificate. If you do not see the "View Cert" link then you have not yet finished the course or passed the test. Complete the course and achieve a passing score on the test to enable the certificate.

If you are completing a course provided by an agency/employer, then the employer or agency representative will have access to a list containing your name, the course name, the date you passed your test, and your printable certificate.

No. Establish an email address and enter the site with your own email and password. This is how you will access your account, it allows us to verify your training, and it ensures that no one else can access your account. It also ensures the certificate will be printed in your name.
When you receive an email receipt, under the item: "current status" if it states "paid/unshipped" then you have been charged and you may proceed to use the course. If it says "Pending—contact merchant" then there has been an error in your payment method and you have NOT been charged.

If you purchase a course for someone other than yourself, you will need a code to ensure that the proper name will print on the certificate. Your agency can purchase a block of courses with a credit card, or arrange for a purchase order with a formal contract.
Next, email us names of those who can use your code, so we can verify attendance. We will then email you your agency code and instructions for your staff.
Your staff can follow the instructions above for an individual purchase, until they reach the credit card page. When it asks for a credit card number, they should NOT enter one---the last box says "Agency Code"---your staff would enter your agency code there.
